Spirited Adventurer

Ok some of you may have received a drunken email last night (Brendon mainly), so apologies for poor spelling and drunken emotion. Having a hang over on my birthday wasn't necessarily the plan, but hey you can't do much about it once it is done! Went out for drinks and dinner with my manager and one of her friends. Was a very good night, finished off by a cocktail of which I don't know the name but it tasted like mint slice but had me tipped over the edge of drunk by the time i got home. Must have had a 'sad' spirit in it, as I cried so much last night while typing - obviously needed to get some tears out.
Received some birthday calls and loved hearing from my nephews, one of which asked if he could have a cake for Aunty Ree (not likely buddy if I am not there to enjoy it!):)
Out again tonight (I think my theory is I want to drink my way through this birthday). But will have to watch it that I don't end up in tears again!Maybe the theme should be - turn 31 act like I'm 21 - actually maybe not.
And going to go shopping today for a big coat before I head off to Edinburgh tomorrow to see the sites and freeze my somethings off (I had no idea what to write here). And i am enjoying being able to have a day at home so far - even when I feel rusty. So Happy Birthday to me - and thanks to everyone who sent emails to me, and for those reading this and who haven't emailed me - you're slack!! :) Just joking - but no, you really are :)
