Less than 100kms to go!
Ok so I only have 4 days of walking until I get to Santiago. Yay for me! And my body especially my knees are letting me know of what I have put them through. So I seem very tired, but still happy to be walking. The mornings are getting later :) but I think that is ok as the weather has been cooler. Galacia is definitely greener than anything else I have seen and with the thunder storm tonight now I know why! Hot, humid days and rain at nights seems like the recipe here.
Met a South African who now lives on the trail, and this was the biggest day for meeting Australians - 2 in one day. A couple who started in Siarra who felt very tentative as Pilgrims as they had only just started, but hey, I was like that 8 days ago on my first day of walking. it was cute!
And my feet were giving up the ghost as I walked into this town (not even sure of its name that is how much I know about it). But I have a good bed again, and will be up a little earlier tomorrow and get going so it will be over sooner!
Haven´t seen too many familiar faces in this albergue but it has given me the opportunity to talk to others and get to know them. Solitude is a little harder to find though!
Anyway, getting tired just writing this, so will go get some food in my belly and get to bed!

Only around 100 kms to go!
Pilgrim Pares reporting in. Have had the best and most challenging time walking the last couple of days. I have had ups and downs but have had the time of my life as well. The people I have met are amazing. friendly and very inspirational. When you get time to walk alone, you get to think about conversations you have had and think about life in general. There aren´t many opportunities you get to do that nowadays. And i have loved being out in nature and in the outdoors. It has rained the last couple of days and forecast is for more - so a wet pilgrim may not be a happy pilgrim!
But my feet are holding up ok and my spirit is soaring. There are too many stories to tell and I am getting tired so need to go eat.
Love to you all, here are some piccies
