Spirited Adventurer

Well it has been too long between BLOGS - sorry. Can't remember what has been happening since, but I have been to Edinburgh and that place is beautiful. It gave me itchy feet (not literally) but I wanted to travel and see more of Scotland that is for sure! Heading up there next Wed again with work but will be confined to the business park, so won't be as great as my first time but still good to get out of the office. Heading off to Windsor tomorrow and to a gallery on Sun and see BOND tomorrow night. And iceskating next week on Tues night - so very busy and loving it. Want to make the most of the tiem in case I don't get my act together to change VISA's. I have also found my next place to live which is in the same area which - yay for me!
Was saddened to hear about Belinda Emmett - so young and I am sad for Rove. Hard though when lots of Aussies over here have been here too long to know him :(
Anyway - I try to keep up to date with news back home - important stuff like go Jess in Idol.
Oh and back to here - the Christmas lights are so awesome along REgent and Oxford Street - I wish you were all here to see them. Purely magical. And with the chill in the air on Thursday night I can't express how wonderful I found them - so awesome. Everyone is chirpy because of Xmas but I know there is a morale issue in Jan/Feb so I keep asking - when will it get cold and dark and everyone keeps saying - it will be here soon! But I am determined to enjoy it anyway. So cool to have a cold Christmas instead of a hot one this year (pardon the pun).
